Owner Jennifer England has been doing full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll for businesses in a host of industries for over 14 years.

She has a background in small business management along with extensive education and training in the world of bookkeeping.

She holds an NACPB Bookkeeping Certification, an NACPB Payroll Certification, and is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor.

Jennifer attended Santa Rosa Junior College in Santa Rosa, California where she studied Small Business Management.

She personally interviews, hires and trains every bookkeeper on staff, ensuring only the most qualified arrive at your business. Background checks and skills tests are part of the vetting process.


Up until recently Jennifer was a solopreneur operating under the business name England Accounting. In reality she was performing full-cycle bookkeeping but the name only generated tax client leads and didn’t truly communicate the nature of the business.

The goal in the business revamp was twofold really - to be able to offer the same outstanding bookkeeping and payroll services to more clients, while also helping newer bookkeeping professionals learn under the guidance of a long time pro.

Although you will have a dedicated bookkeeper assigned to you, Jennifer performs a high-level review on an ongoing basis for each client to ensure accuracy and identify any potential learning opportunities for the staff bookkeeper.
